We asked our people to describe the person that would enjoy working at Cirit. Here you can read some of the uncensored answers we got. We thought these might help you to decide if Cirit is a fit for you.

“Cirit is a great workplace for a nice person who gets along well with other people.”

“[Cirit is a great workplace for] a nice person who gets along well with other people. Proactive and can operate both in a team and by themselves. Being a relentlessly social person or otherwise a superhuman are not in our criteria - nobody is perfect (I don’t like the standard job ads looking for the unicorn, a “perfect team player who can do it all”). Professional competence and skills should be at the level that they’re able to survive in client projects without constant supervision (so no total newbies), because we don’t have massive resources to hold hands.”

Our projects vary a lot so they’ll probably encounter something they have not done before.
