Cirit acquires software consulting business

Cirit Oy has acquired the software consulting business from Wakeone Oy.

“This acquisition brings focus and builds on our key strengths. We continue to offer software consulting services to our clients and specialize in AWS cloud technologies.” Says Kari Peltola, CEO of Cirit.

Currently the company has offices in Tampere and Helsinki. Cirit will continue to serve its financial services, media, public sector, transportation and industrial clients in Finland and Western Europe.
